Terms & Conditions

Aditya Invitationprovides a digital wedding invitation service. Customers enter their data, upload photos, choose a template, and make a payment; the system then creates a single online invitation page with a unique link (URL) that is sent to the customer's email.

Pricing follows the chosen package: Silver Rp139.000, Gold Rp239.000, or Platinum Rp339.000 per invitation, plus the optional guest-list add-on (unless stated otherwise). Payment is processed through a third-party payment provider (Midtrans). The invitation is created and sent automatically after payment is confirmed.

Unpaid orders will not be published and may be deleted periodically.

The invitation is active and publicly accessible for up to 2 months (Silver), 3 months (Gold), or 4 months (Platinum) after the main event date, unless otherwise agreed. Once the active period ends, the link is deactivated.

By using the service, you represent and warrant that:

• The data and information you provide is true and accurate.
• You hold the rights to the photos, images, music, and other content you upload, and do not infringe anyone's copyright or rights.
• You have obtained permission from the parties whose names you include (e.g. guest names), and are responsible for that data.
• You do not use the service for content that is unlawful, offensive, or misleading.

Content you upload remains yours. Template designs and the system's code remain the property of Aditya Invitation. You are granted a license to use the resulting invitation for personal purposes (your wedding).

The service is provided "as is". Aditya Invitation strives to keep the service available but is not responsible for disruptions beyond our control (e.g. outages of third-party hosting/payment providers, the internet network, or data errors originating from the customer). Our liability, in any event, is limited to a maximum of the amount you paid for the relevant order.

The handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an inseparable part of these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, including the Consumer Protection Law (Law No. 8 of 1999) and the Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022).
